Apple jelly

Apple jelly

1 liter and a half of water
1 kilo of apples
Juice of 2 lemons
750 grs. of sugar for each liter of liquid obtained

We wash the apples well and cut them without peeling them and without removing the seeds.
Put them in a pot with water and lemon juice. apples are well cooked the liquid is strained, squeezing so that everything comes out, we measure it and put back into the fire with the amount of sugar that corresponds to it.
Let it cook until when cooling a drop of gelatin, this set .
It can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time, I have been for about three months and it is perfect.
It serves to paint pies, croissants and all the cakes you want.
